Dry:

  • 1.25 C Yellow cornmeal
  • .75 C flour
  • 1.75 tsp baking powder
  • .75 tsp salt

Wet:

  • 1.67 C milk
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • .25 C Maple syrup
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Mix the dry and the wet separately, then combine without overmixing to form a thin batter. Serves 3---4.
